Miss Zwolle Loggers and Forestry Queen
Heather Dianne Anderson - 1996-1997

The 2nd Annual Zwolle Loggers and Forestry Festival Queen was Ms. Heather Diane Anderson. Crowned in May 1996, Heather had just graduated from Zwolle High School and was excited about beginning college at Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana. Even after a busy year, trying to juggle festival travels and studies, Heather went on to graduate from NSU with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education. Currently the DeSoto Parish School Board employs her where she teaches 3rd grade at Mansfield Elementary 3-5. Heather continues to reside in Zwolle where she keeps busy by running after her 2-year-old son Trevor Lane.

Amber plans to attend Texas A & M and will major in Marine Biology. Our queen, Amber, wishes to thank her sponsors Mattie and Tim Sepulvado, owners os TImco Logging Contractors, Inc. of Zwolle. Timco was started in October 1989. Mattie also served as chairperson for the industrial booths for the festival.
